After months of thoughtful development, we’re excited to introduce the newly fashioned FastPrint Forms Hub—your one-stop destination for all printing-related requests. Beginning October 12, 2025, you can access all our updated forms at https://fastprint.colostate.edu/forms.
Our classic Order Form has been replaced with a more robust and user-friendly Service Request Form, designed to gather detailed information about your project so we can serve you better. We’ve also added two new forms and updated one form to streamline your experience:
- Estimate Request Form – Perfect for those who want a quote before placing a print order.
- Feedback Form – Share your questions, suggestions, or comments directly with our team.
- Lab Manual/Course Packets Order Form – We’ve simplified the information gathering process.
Please note that the new Service Request Form is more comprehensive and may take a bit longer to complete. We appreciate your patience as we transition to this improved system. ** All forms will now require NetID Login (using [email protected] and NetID Password.) **

A CSU Kuali Account Number is Required for All Orders
At the present time, we do not accept personal print orders, and do not accept Cash or Credit Card. All orders require a Kuali account number in order to be put into production. Orders will not be started or processed without a Kuali account number.
To help us serve you as quickly as possible, please use our Service Request Form and ensure your file is print-ready, ideally a properly sized PDF. Submitting complete and accurate files helps us keep turnaround times low for everyone.
Lead Time is defined as the total time in business days between when the order is placed and when it is completed and ready for pickup or delivery. It includes all steps involved in processing, producing, and finishing the order. Orders received after 2:00pm are considered as ordered the next business day.
