Holiday Closures & Modified Hours

FastPrint will observe the following hours for the Holiday season.

Mail Services and Shipping & Receiving
12/23 – OPEN 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
12/24 – CLOSED
12/25 – CLOSED
12/26 – CLOSED
12/27 – CLOSED
1/1/2025 – CLOSED

No orders will be processed or worked on during days we are closed. We will answer all e-mails and phone calls on the first business day back from days we’re closed. Orders are processed first come, first served. Orders received will not begin work until the next business day after a closure and is when lead times will start.

Rest assured, our team is committed to delivering top-notch service as promptly as possible. Orders received after 2:00pm are considered received on the next business day.

If you had any trouble uploading your documents, please e-mail [email protected]. To avoid delays, ensure your submission is a print-ready document (sized appropriately) in PDF format whenever possible. This will significantly reduce processing times for all customers.

Deliveries

We make our own deliveries! On-campus deliveries are made around 10:00am and 2:00pm each day.

Pickup

If you selected pickup, we are located at 216 E. Lake Street in the UCA East Annex. We are open Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
