What Happens Next?
Processing
Estimates are reviewed in the order received. If we need additional information or clarification about your project, we’ll contact you directly.
Turnaround Time
Lead times for production will vary depending on the size and scope of your project. Once you are satisfied with your estimate, you will submit a Service Request Form (Order Form). At that time your job will be added to our print queue. Please note that Service Request Forms submitted after 2:00 pm are considered received the following business day.
Delivery & Pickup
If your project moves forward, you’ll be able to choose between on-campus delivery (around 10:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m. each business day) or pickup at our location, 216 E. Lake Street, UCA East Annex, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm
